By examining how leaders navigate the complexities of organizational dynamics while upholding ethical standards, this paper aim to shed light on the implications for organizational effectiveness and sustainability.

    I am a dedicated and passionate individual with a strong background in the medical field, scientific research and data analysis. I hold a master's degree in Management as a professional Health and Nurse Coordinator and an ongoing organisational leadershipiMaster'ser Degree. I have gained valuable experience working on various research projects, such as Ethical Leadership, Organizationa Leadership, Strtegic Planning Menagement, Business Management and Business Ethics. My expertise lies in applying statistical methods to analyze and interpret complex data, derive meaningful insight and contribute to evidence-based decision-making.
